California Coastal Communities will pay a special dividend of $12.50 on September 28 to holders as of Friday, September 29. The dividend will be taxed as return of capital dividend. That’s 38.5% of the share price of $32.500. This was pre-announced a while ago pending the completion of a $125 million financing transaction.
