Cousins Properties, a commercial REIT, will pay a special dividend of $3.40 on December 1 to holders as of Tuesday, November 21. That’s about a 10% one-time yield. CUZ will also pay a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.37 per share ex-dividend on 11/29.
