Templeton Emerging Markets Fund, a diversified international fund, will pay a regular yearly dividend of $3.48 on November 17 to holders as of Wednesday, November 1. Of that payout, $0.3955 per share is earning dividend, $0.5007 per share is short-term return of capital dividend, and the balance of $2.5886 per share is long-term return of capital.
