Hanover Capital Mortgage Holdings, a mortgage REIT, will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.15 on December 8 to holders as of Monday, November 20. That’s 2.6% of the share price of $5.850, or a 10% annual yield. Watch out for the small float. Not a wealthy stock. Negative cash flow, a quarterly dividend down from 20 cents in Aug, and a fall in its third-quarter earnings to 1 cent a share from 2 cents a share last year.
