Impac Mortgage Holdings, a mortgage REIT, will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.25 on October 13 to holders as of Wednesday, October 4. That’s 2.7% of the share price of $9.350, or a 11% annual yield. IMH, like other mortgage REITS, have been left out of the Real Estate boom, hurt by the flattening yield curve.
