Newcastle Investment, a diversified REIT, will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.65 on October 31 to holders as of Thursday, September 28. That’s 2.3% of the share price of $28.090, or a 9% annual yield. Dividend is flat this quarter, but that’s still a hefty annualized dividend growth of 10% since their IPO in 2002. That I like.
