National Health Investors, a health care financial REIT, will pay a dividend of $0.93 on January 31 to holders as of Tuesday, December 26. That’s 2.8% of the share price of $32.830, or a 11% annual yield. 45 cents of this represents a special dividend that stems from one-time taxable income totaling $14.4 million related to prepaid loans and assets on which purchase options were exercised.
