NorthStar Realty Finance, a diversified REIT, will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.34 on November 15 to holders as of Thursday, November 2. That’s 2.3% of the share price of $14.910, or a 9% annual yield. The dividend represents an increase of 13.3pct from the dividend of $.30 per share paid in the second quarter 2006 and an increase of 47.8pct from the dividend of $.23 per share paid in the prior year quarter.
