Resource Capital, a commercial financial REIT, will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.43 on January 4 to holders as of Wednesday, December 13. That’s 2.6% of the share price of $16.550, or a 10% annual yield. This includes $0.38 per common share for the quarter ended December 31, 2006. RSO also declared a special cash dividend of $0.05 per common share that relates primarily to gains from the termination of cash flow hedges realized during the quarter ended September 30, 2006.
