Shiloh Industries, an automobile part maker, will pay a special dividend of $2.50 on January 19 if you own the stock at market opening on Wednesday, January 3. That’s 13.2% of the share price of $18.950. The special dividend came in spite of a worse-than-expected Q4 loss and a bleak outlook.
