Investment company Source Capital will pay a special dividend of $1.74 on December 15 to holders as of Tuesday, November 21. The dividend will be taxed in part as earning dividend, and in part as return of capital dividend. This includes a regular quarterly distribution of $1 a share and a special year-end distribution of 74 cents a share.
