    the $4 special dividend has a record date of 6/1.

    “Shareholders of record as of June 5, 2006 are entitled to receive the extraordinary dividend which will be paid on June 20, 2006.”

    correction! `1st line should read “dividend does NOT HAVE a record date of 6/1.
