The oil shipper will pay a special dividend of $5 to holders as of Tuesday, March 28. The payment date is unclear. The Company expects to declare an additional special dividend in the amount of $2.50. The declaration of that dividend is expected to be announced towards the end of March 2006.

    It appears you have until March 21 to buy this. According to the company’s website www.toptankers.com:
