Arbor Realty Trust, a REIT, will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.62 on August 27 to holders as of Monday, August 13. That’s 3.3% of the share price of $19, or a 13% annual yield. I guess you all know by now that investing in Real Estate is risky business those days.
