Gramercy Capital, a commercial mortgage REIT, will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.63 on July 13 to holders as of Wednesday, June 27. That’s 2.1% of the share price of $30, or a 8% annual yield. The new quarterly dividend represents an increase per common share of $0.07, or 12.5 pct, over the dividend in effect for the previous two quarters.
