infoUSA will pay a special dividend of $0.35 on March 5 to holders as of Wednesday, February 14. That’s 3.4% of the share price of $10.30. This includes of a regular cash dividend of 25 cents per common share and a special dividend of 10 cents per share. This is a cash-rich, high margin business that is piling up debt and paying large dividends at the same time. In light of recent trends, you may want to see that as a relatively new way to generate shareholder values. Latest quarter was a disappointment however.
