NorthStar Realty Finance, a diversified REIT, will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.36 on May 15 to holders as of Thursday, May 3. That’s 2.4% of the share price of $15.120, or a 10% annual yield. The dividend is one cent more than last quarter and about a 35 percent bump from five quarters ago.
