RAIT Investment Trust, a commercial REIT, will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.84 on July 13 to holders as of Tuesday, June 26. The $0.84 per common share dividend represents an increase of $0.04 per common share, or 5.0 percent, over the prior quarter’s dividend of $0.80 per common share.
