RAIT Investment Trust, a commercial REIT, will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.460 on Oct 12th to holders as of Wednesday, September 19. That’s 5.5% of the share price of $8.320, or a 22% annual yield. RAIT has been hammered by the mortgage meltdown, but strong fundamentals, high dividend yield and some insider buying should help in the long term.
