Sun Communities, a residential REIT, will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.63 on January 22 to holders as of Wednesday, January 10. That’s 1.9% of the share price of $32.640, or a 8% annual yield. Their FFO are still going to be on the weak side. But their strategy of converting the renters at its communities to buyers upon the completion of the leases may provide a short term boost.
