United Security Bancshares will pay a special dividend of $0.41 on April 2 if you own the stock at market opening on Wednesday, March 7. For this dividend, 26 cents per share represents the regular quarterly dividend of USBI, a 13 percent increase over the dividend declared in the first quarter of 2006. 15 cents is a special dividend.
